The Bienville Motorbike.

Below are the preliminary conceptual drawings of the first in-house branded product we're working on, in our spare time..

It's going to be a modular design, in the respect that you only buy one vehicle, and have the ability to choose from five different body-styling kits. Café Racer, Touring, Dual-Sport, Bobber, and Standard. All body pieces are interchangeable, of course, to suit your personal style, wants, and needs. Design incorporates very minimal construction, allowing the user to be able to maintain, modify, and replace any component of the bike with simple mechanic's tools, and common abilities.

Original concepts are designed around a 500cc Single, but we've been playing with the idea of a V-twin engine. More displacement, and more power.

Radial Mounting System
We've been looking at an alternative means of engine mounting, and have come up with this design. The advantages are; superior structural integrity, and simplified motor mounts. The engine bolts directly to the chassis, via cast-in-place mounting holes, and simple 2D machined plates, the assembly takes on a crucial portion of chassis rigidity. The idea here, is an air-cooled V-Twin with horizontally-split cases. The upper case half being a load-bearing structure. This would also increase ease of serviceability, and lower cost of manufacture. A reduction of complexity and cost on the BOM.
